Resting electrocardiograph
ELI® 280
The ECG ELI® 280 features a large touch screen, intuitive user interface, and multiple connectivity options to help meet your practice needs.
The ECG ELI® 280 is an easy-to-use, portable touch screen solution designed for environments with high demand for electrocardiograms, from doctors’ offices to hospitals.
Its widescreen data display design allows for simple menu navigation, quick entry of patient data, and clear verification of proper electrode connection.
The high-resolution 10.1″ color LCD touch screen displays up to twelve leads of ECG data for immediate review and mapping.
Widely recognized, the resting ECG interpretation algorithm, with gender-specific criteria for adult and pediatric patients, provides a silent second opinion in the interpretation of resting ECGs. Displays connection confirmation, which includes lead reversal detection.
The ELI 280 electrocardiograph evaluates the ECG signal and noise to determine and select the best 10 seconds of data with the least amount of noise. The “Best 10” simplifies ECG acquisition by reducing clinical review time and eliminating the need for ECG repeats.

Selection between wireless or traditional ECG acquisition
The ELI® 280 electrocardiograph has two options: the WAM™ wireless acquisition module or the AM12™ acquisition module. Both options include replaceable lead cables, lead failure indicator, and push-button remote control for ECG acquisition and rhythm strip printing.
12-lead resting electrocardiograph
Two-way communication via LAN or wireless LAN enables connectivity to Pyramis®, HeartCentrix®, E-Scribe™ and Athena products, as well as third-party EHR, PACS and CVIS systems using XML, PDF and DICOM® protocols and HL7®.
The device also communicates with the ECG Safe™ system, a cloud service that provides an easy and effective way to store ECGs for convenient viewing and file management from anywhere.
High-resolution 10.1″ color touchscreen displays data from all 12 leads simultaneously
Captures the best 10 seconds of ECG data from memory, reducing the need for ECG repeats
The VERITAS algorithm uses sex-specific adult and pediatric interpretation criteria
Widescreen display helps improve navigation, data entry, and electrode connection verification
Wireless data acquisition option increases workspace flexibility so you can move freely around the room
Enables pacemaker spike detection, with data capture of 40,000 samples per second per channel
