Rectilinear biphasic defibrillation
ZOLL’s unique high current waveform has been shown to be superior to monophasic waveforms for termination of ventricular and atrial fibrillation. It has also been shown to be more effective in treating high impedance patients compared to truncated exponential waveforms at the same or higher applied energy levels.
