When cardiac arrest occurs, high-quality CPR is critical: the ZOLL AutoPulse® Resuscitation System automates CPR when you need it most.
One study showed that the ZOLL AutoPulse® can be donned in as little as 14 seconds and can reduce CPR interruptions by more than 85% compared to manual CPR.
Each patient requiring CPR is unique. That is why the ZOLL AutoPulse® provides individualized compression for each person; compresses the patient’s chest cavity by 20%. The Aurtopulse measures chest circumference at start-up and uses the first six to eight compressions to determine chest compliance. The force required to achieve the proper compression depth varies from patient to patient, and ZOLL AutoPulse® automatically compensates to provide the correct compression.
ZOLL AutoPulse® is the only mechanical CPR system to show significant clinical benefits in comparative human studies. Several comparative studies have shown that vital signs in humans improve because the AutoPulse promotes better blood circulation. In addition, ZOLL AutoPulse® consistently shows better rates of return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) compared to sternal compressions.
By distributing the compression force throughout the thoracic cavity, the pressure at any point on the thorax is approximately one-tenth that exerted on the sternum with manual compression. Studies show that force distribution over a wide area results in near normal perfusion levels while maintaining safe compressive forces well below the Pre-Injury Threshold.

Mechanical CPR in the hospital
Although rare, there are times when mechanical CPR is required during in-hospital cardiac arrest. When that need arises, the AutoPulse is smart, reliable and safe.
High-quality CPR without interruptions
The ZOLL AutoPulse® Resuscitation System provides high-quality automated CPR to victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Easy to use and battery powered, the ZOLL AutoPulse® compresses the patient’s entire chest to improve blood flow to the heart and brain.
The only device of its kind, the ZOLL AutoPulse® automatically adapts to the patient’s size and has been shown in numerous clinical studies to improve outcomes.
An electrode for every need
Ensures electrode readiness and defibrillation speed and includes a Code-Ready connector.
It has the same features as the OneStep Basic plus provides simplified non-invasive stimulation. Since the ECG leads are integrated into the anterior electrode, a separate cable is not necessary.
Designed to improve the quality of CPR and record chest compressions, they enable two features on the R Series defibrillator: Real CPR Help and See-Thru CPR.
Real CPR Help provides guidance for achieving the correct compression depth and rate during CPR; For its part, the See-Thru CPR function reduces the duration of CPR pauses since, by filtering the compression artifact, it allows you to see if an organized, shockable rhythm has been reached, without stopping compressions.
The best option: combines the characteristics of the electrodes for CPR, Basic, Pacing.
Available with or without CPR capability It is designed for patients 0-8 years of age, weighing less than 25kg. Combined with the ZOLL R Series® defibrillator, it automatically adjusts the joule level for safer pediatric use.
